Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our wood products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each piece is individually handcrafted using natural materials, making every item truly one of a kind. Variations in wood grain, colour, texture, knots, and resin patterns are natural characteristics of handmade products and are considered part of their beauty and uniqueness — not defects.

Damaged Items

We take great care in securely packaging all orders to help prevent damage during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

To allow us to properly assess the issue, please include:

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

• A brief description of the concern

 

Once reviewed, we will determine the best course of action.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
