Shipping Policy
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Canada only.
We do not ship to the United States or internationally due to tariffs, duties, and other fees that may be charged upon delivery. This policy helps ensure price transparency and avoids unexpected costs for our customers.
Shipping Rates

Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD (subtotal before taxes)

Flat rate shipping of $12 CAD on orders under $150 CAD
Shipping rates apply to shippable items only. Items identified as non-shippable are excluded from these rates.
Rural & Remote Delivery
Delivery to rural, remote, or extended-area locations may require additional transit time and may be subject to additional shipping charges imposed by the carrier.
If an address is identified as rural or remote after checkout, we reserve the right to:

Contact the customer to confirm additional shipping charges, or

Cancel and refund the order if shipping is not feasible
Orders will not be shipped until any required adjustments are approved by the customer.
Order Processing & Shipping Timelines
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–7 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, promotions, or product launches.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, transit times and delivery are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using a variety of carriers, including FedEx, Purolator, UPS, ICS, GLS, Canpar, and DHL.
Canada Post may be used for deliveries to PO Boxes.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping confirmation date, please contact us with your order number and we will assist in investigating the shipment.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
All items are carefully packaged prior to shipment. In the event your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within a reasonable timeframe and provide:
